Судя по сообщениям с офиц. форума и Corel и ProDAD уже в курсе проблемы (см. переписку).

Corel Support: "It is no longer compatible with the later versions, only on the old ones before Studio 22."
Поддержка Corel: Это* больше не совместимо с более поздними версиями, только на старых до Studio 22.

ProDAD Support: "There are problems here with the effect takeover with Vitascene and Heroglyph V4. That´s not a problem of Vitascene and Heroglyph V4. Pinnacle Studio 22 has a problem and Corel need to fix the problem. We have informed Corel. Please have a little patience."
