Major updates
• Compatibility – Pinnacle Studio now provides support for Logitech Brio USB webcams.
• Improvement – Create curve-shaped masks with the Pen tool. Using the Pen tool, you can now draw an enclosed shape composed of curved line segments.
• Improvement - Watchfolder absence prevents voice-over file retrieval. A watchfolder has been added to the Library, enabling you to retrieve voiceover files if needed.
• Improvement - Add an option on the Panel tab that allows users to toggle between applying 3D settings to an asset or a panel mask. A new option Apply 3D settings to asset has been added to the Panel tab, allowing you to alternate between applying 3D settings to an asset or a panel mask. Enabling the checkbox synchronizes the asset's movement and rotation with that of the panel mask, while disabling it ensures the asset remains stationary, unaffected by the panel mask's position or rotation.

Resolved issues
• Nested project names containing “&” are not displayed in the Timeline
• Nested project names containing the character "&" are now visible in the Timeline. Furthermore, the functionality of "Find in Library" now works as expected for these nested projects.
• Playback issue when enabling the Reverse Clip option and applying Time Remapping
• When applying Time Remapping with the Reverse Clip option enabled, the playback no longer appears choppy and plays seamlessly. Additionally, one second of the end of the clip or segment is no longer cut off.
• Timeline preview does not show some single frames correctly when Hardware Acceleration is set to CUDA
• When the video rendering acceleration mode is set to CUDA, single frames are now displayed accurately during the timeline preview.
• Straightening an image, and then clearing the correction does not restore the original zoom level and rotation angle, resulting in the image remaining zoomed and rotated.
• After straightening an image in the Timeline, clearing the correction restores the
image to its original zoom level and rotation angle as expected.
• Cutting or trimming the start of a DV AVI type 1 video clip results in the exported video without the accompanying audio track.
• When you cut or trim the start of a DV AVI type 1 video clip, the exported video now retains the audio track.
• Audio playback fails after applying noise reduction to a clip with DD5.1 audio, working only during the initial playback of the clip
• The issue of audio playback failing after applying noise reduction to a clip with DD5.1 audio has been addressed.
• Copying or moving multiple clips that are on different tracks by
using the Copy and Paste or Cut and Paste context menu commands is not performed

• Clips with Time Remapping applied have poor playback and scrubbing performance
• Playback and scrubbing performance of clips with Time Remapping applied has been resolved.
• Application stops responding when toggling the Automatically crop frame to remove edge artifacts option on and off while connected to a supported analogue video capture device
• The application no longer stops responding when you toggle the Automatically crop frame to remove edge artifacts option on and off while connected to a supported analogue video capture device, such as a current-model Dazzle device with DazzleBDAX64 drivers, and a video source.
• After cropping an image in the Timeline and applying a border, the border does not function as expected
• When you crop an image in the Timeline, and then add a border to it, the border around the photo now expands or increases in size based on the specified border size.
• Flickering issue with motion elements in interlaced output of exported classic or motion titles
• The issue of flickering with motion elements when you export a classic or motion title that includes keyframed motion or legacy enter, emphasis, exit motion to an interlaced output file in any available resolution or format has been resolved.
• Frozen preview and frame displayed when dragging starting edge to trim clip in 'Insert Mode'
• When you add a clip to the Timeline and change the timeline mode to 'Insert Mode', dragging the starting edge of a clip to the right to trim no longer causes the preview to freeze in the preview window.
• Preview playback issues with Fade In-Out transition between split screen templates
• When applying a Fade In-Out transition between two Split Screen templates, the preview playback is now smooth and without any issues.
• Loss of audio panning in exported MTS files with custom settings
• When exporting a project to the MTS format with custom settings and 5.1 audio, the exported result retains the audio panning observed during the preview on the timeline.
• Incorrect French translation for 'Reset Thumbnails'
• The French translation of Reset Thumbnails is now Réinitialiser les miniatures.
• 2D Transitions do not preview correctly on photos in Overlap Clips mode
• 2D Transitions preview correctly on photos in Overlap Clips mode.
• Application stops responding when adjusting the Top and Bottom sliders in the Camera Blur effect if the ranges overlap
• The application no longer stops responding when the values of the Top and Bottom sliders in the Blur Region area of the Camera Blur effect (Editor >Effect > Camera > Blur) overlap.
• Inconsistency between aspect settings in Timeline Settings dialog box and Display Information panel
• The Aspect setting in the Timeline Settings dialog box is consistent with the Frame aspect setting in Display Information panel as expected.
• Application opens incorrect project due to misinterpreting filenames with spaces
• When project filenames contain spaces, the application now behaves as expected. Previously, it would ignore the portion of the name before the space and open a project with a name that consisted only of the string after the space. However, this issue has been resolved, and now the application correctly opens the intended project with the complete filename, including the portion before the space.
• Loop Play does not function as expected when changing playback speed of video
• When viewing a video in the Source or Timeline, changing the playback speed, and then enabling the 'Loop Play' option, the video loops continuously during playback as expected.
• Incorrect resetting of Angle value (Corrections > Straighten) when re-selecting images
• The issue occurred when dragging two images to the timeline and performing the following steps: selecting the first image, double-clicking it, clicking Corrections> Straighten, and changing the Angle value. Subsequently, selecting the second image, and then re-selecting the first image caused the Angle value to reset instead of remaining unchanged as expected. The issue has been resolved in this latest update.
• Disabling of dual preview mode in Player after re-opening app from local AXP or AXX file
• When dragging clips to the timeline, enabling dual preview mode, saving the project, closing the application, and then reopening the project by double-clicking the local AXP or AXX file, dual mode remains enabled as expected.
• Flashing vertical lines appear during video playback after applying the StudioChromaKeyer effect
• Flashing vertical lines no longer appear on the screen after you place a video in the Timeline, apply the StudioChromaKeyer effect (Editor > Effect > Keyers), allow the effect to finish processing, and play back the video.
• Pinnacle Studio 26 stops responding when attempting to crop an image or video into shape
• Photos or videos are now successfully cropped when you follow these steps: Launch the app, access the Split Screen Template Creator, select a shape tool, draw a shape in the editor window, and drag a photo or video clip into the shape. Activate Crop mode and try to crop the media in the editor window.

• The issue with incorrect resolution and aspect ratio of imported videos has been resolved
• Pinnacle Studio stops responding when previewing Insta360 clips

• After an audio clip has been moved to a new track, the peak level meter displays audio levels for the correct track.
• When working with dual monitors, opening Multi-Camera Editor causes Google Chrome to close
• When working with a dual-monitor display and Pinnacle Studio is on the secondary monitor, opening the Multi-Camera Editor workspace no longer causes Google Chrome to close.
• Blu-ray disc images created in Legacy Authoring Mode do not work in VLC Player
