Угадать ЧТО ты делаешь не так -невозможно из приведенных вводных. Вегас все таки вырос из музыкального редактора и с сохранением звука у него все ОК. И в mp4 -тоже умеет -шаблоны в группе SONY XAVC/XAVC S:
